One of our client's Customer Relationship Management team is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Lead Engineer - Salesforce Einstein Bots who is well versed in the Salesforce platform with strong Salesforce coding experience as well as Apex and Git skills to analyze and address critical bugs, work across IT and business teams to resolve issues and mentor other Bot Developers. Location: Remote (Canada or USA)

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time (Canada only) or Contract (Canada or US)

Travel: 1 week per quarter* (every 3 months) to the client site in the U.S. *No travel anticipated for 2022

Responsibilities

    • Quickly analyze and address critical bugs.
    • Work across IT and business teams to develop new features and resolve issues.
    • Deliver unit-tested code to QA.
    • Assist in the documentation of the core systems.
    • Mentor other Bot Developers.

    Required Skills

    • Significant technical core Salesforce platform experience.
    • Experience developing AI driven Bots and interactions.
    • Experience with Salesforce bot development.
    • Strong Apex and Salesforce Einstein experience.
    • Strong core Salesforce coding experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Additional Assets

    • Azure DevOps.
    • Tableau Experience.
    • Cert. Platform Developer 1 & 2.
    • Cert. Salesforce Cloud Consultant.
    • Cert. Service Cloud Consultant.
